THINGS TO KNOW

• This home was affected by Hurricane Ian. Because of strong winds the fence around the property was damaged and because of contractor availability and lack of supplies in this area, the fence has not been replaced as of February 2023. Also, some amenities may not be offered.

• 1 dog , weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Upon arrival, you’ll find 2 vehicles can fit into the driveway. Garage parking is not permitted. Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked overnight. Trailers are not allowed. The garage door operates by the clicker located in the garage.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
