This apartment features three levels full of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. The main living space is located on the first floor along with a half bathroom. Unwind in the living area watching cable on the wall-mounted TV before heading to the fully-equipped kitchen to work your magic–your friends will surely appreciate every single preparation you make! There is even a dishwasher that will help you with the dishes once mealtime is over. The washer/dryer combo is located right under the stairs that lead to the second and third levels. The second level hosts two bedrooms and two en-suite full baths. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The third and last level hosts the primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combo and a balcony with views of the complex and pool.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Beach towels are provided.

• There will be construction and remodeling of common areas beginning April 17th and the work will last until May 28th, 2023. They will be working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. The pool and surrounding area will be closed for supply and demolition during that time period.
