Occupying the entire ground level of the home, a private garage offers plenty of parking and storage. The garage has a Ping-Pong table, plus two kayaks and a paddleboard that can be launched from the docks and has its own access to the backyard. The property’s elevator stops at all three levels of the home.

Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling full kitchen, complete with a large island for prep space. The great room provides dining space as well as a living area with plush seating for the group. Step out to your screened lanai for a glass of wine, before grilling out and dining alfresco on the deck.

• Security camera details: This home is equipped with two active, remote-access ADT security cameras outside at the front and back steps.
• Dock details: Boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, and fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.
