- Construction crews will be rebuilding all of the balconies on the back of the building. During this time, the patio of the condo will not be usable. The sliding glass doors may be boarded up during this process for safety measures. You will still have access to the parking lot and use of the pool and beach access. The construction crews will have the work area contained and you will still be able to access the beach from the boardwalk. The construction crew will be working on-site Monday-Saturday from 8 a. m. - 6 p.m. The current booking rates have been deeply discounted from November - April due to this construction.
