You'll have a spacious front yard and a large back deck overlooking the Wallowa River at Chimney Lake, a three-bedroom home where you can let the kids run and watch the water roll by on lazy evenings.

Inside the home are two bedrooms - one with a queen and one with a king. The third bedroom has an outside entrance down one flight of stairs - a perfect space for a small family or the early birds of the group. They'll get to enjoy their own coffee bar and outdoor seating as the rest of the group wakes up.

The large, open floor plan between the kitchen and the dining room keeps everyone together for game nights, meal prep, and movie-watching on the flatscreen TV mounted above the fireplace. The entry porch is where you'll probably find the kids, as the Ping-Pong table is located in this attached "sleeping porch" that opens onto the wrap-around deck.

There are two bathrooms in Chimney Lake - the first has a tiled shower/tub combination and the other has a shower stall and the washer/dryer.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
