The second bedroom holds two King-size beds as well as a Twin bunk bed and a TV. This second suite has access to the balcony. This room also includes an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a deep, relaxing soaking tub.

THINGS TO KNOW

• There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
• Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.
• During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
• Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
