The best part of this condo is the location on NW Quimby and 21st in NW Portland. You can walk to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, all shopping on NW 23rd. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is super helpful with young children. There is street parking in the area and it’s not too difficult to secure a spot. You do need to pay for parking. The beds in the unit are all queens and are comfortable. The views from the 4th floor are fun and there is bright light from the windows in the living room. There is also a New Seasons across the street. New Seasons is an amazing local Oregon market. The condo needs more furniture is the living room. There just flat out is not enough furniture for the size of condo. The couch could be longer and fit one or 2 more people. There needs to be at least one more chair in the corner. The kitchen is not well stocked. There are very few pots and pans so don’t plan on cooking in the unit. We had to reach out for soap for the bathrooms as the containers were filled with water. To their credit they brought it up and were very nice. We were staying for a week and they supplied enough dishwasher soap for a couple of loads, same for laundry. Luckily there was some extra that someone had left. The extra blankets were plenty but were stained. We had a very early morning flight and 2 young children. They asked us to strip the sheets. For $400 a night I’m not stripping the sheets for them. There were specific units that are Vacasa so I’m thinking it is owned by a large corporation not an individual.
