Enter the main home and you will be in a well-designed and furnished retreat with a well-equipped patio outfitted with a private hot tub and ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. The living room area of the great room has a large cluster seating area from which you can enjoy a large TV and easy access to the well-furnished balcony/deck that has lots of comfortable seating and a gas grill for when meal-making needs to be easy. An updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, also has granite countertops and everything else you need to create meals and snacks. There is also a queen and a twin sofa bed in the living room.

The spacious primary bedroom sports a ceiling fan and a full en suite bath with a large shower. It also has a private patio space perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a coffee or libation at any time. There are also two other bedrooms: one queen and one full-over-full bunk. These bedrooms share a full hallway bath with a shower/tub combination. Additional amenities include cable and WiFi, large flatscreen TVs in each bedroom, and a washer/dryer.

You can easily enjoy the best of Newport Beach with sandy warm beaches, Lido Marina Village, the Lido House and Hotel, plus world-class dining and shopping. Come experience this little slice of Southern California paradise, you will be glad you did!

• The fireplace in the upper home is non-operational.
• The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
• Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
