ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

Upon entering the ground-floor residence, hang up your coat, take off your shoes, and make yourself at home. The foyer has a coat rack, bench, and shoe storage. You can also use the one-car garage and enter the house via the laundry room, equipped with a washer/dryer.

Fuel up for your outdoor activities in the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances. A rustic-chic dining table next to the kitchen is the perfect spot for family meals and game nights. For a family barbecue, grill out on the outdoor patio with the temperature-monitored propane grill.

After a fun-filled day on the mountain, relax on the living room couch or bean bag chairs. Stream your favorite shows on the 42-inch Roku TV with DVR, or gather for movie nights with a video library spanning over three dozen DVDs.

Offering abundant natural light, the primary has a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower with built-in seating.

The second bedroom provides another queen bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Some of the best skiing in the country is within a 30-minute drive -- including Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Boreal, Northstar, Homewood, Donner Ski Ranch, Mount Rose, Tahoe Donner, and Royal Gorge.

Right out your front door, you'll find easy access to the hiking and biking trails throughout the area.
