Wonderful condo located in Shipyard with deck overlooking the golf course. Everything was in good condition.

This house was great. The location to the beach was a 10 minute walk. And the beach was beautiful. We arrived after hours so we had to check in via the lock box. The instructions were clear but the walkway to the lockbox could have been better lit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone. We found the house very clean. It was just my husband and I so we only needed one bedroom but it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms on the upper level. As for the second bedroom- it has a triple bunk bed. The lowest bed is so low to floor and feels very close in that maybe a child would be comfortable but an adult would have issues. The room could easily fit two separate beds. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, lots of dishes and silverware. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.
