The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, we pulled a beach wagon. Condo was comfy and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed. The grill needs replaced outside, did not work. All in all its was perfect place for 3 to 4 people.

The villa was very spacious and nicely furnished. There were a few maintenance issues but Dwell property management were very responsive. It is more like a 15 minute "stroll" to the sand -definitely not 5 minutes!!! Especially when carrying beach chairs etc. Also some confusion on what was available in the unit - ie I had asked about coffee maker and they told me only a Keurig which I don't use. Turns out there was also a drip coffee maker. Description on Vacasa says beach chairs and wagon available but when I had checked with Dwell they were not. No ceiling fans in any of the rooms but they did have portable fans in the bedrooms. View out the back deck was woods! Very quiet location. Pool was about halfway between unit and beach and was very clean with nice loungers..
