Loved the keyless entry. Saved a lot of time. Unit is very nice with all the kitchen supplies that you would need. Plenty of room for the family.

This place was beautifully decorated and very convenient to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. my family loved it and we’ll definitely stay there again.

This is a nice condo and is very accessible to the beach. It is also within a short driving distance to all essential businesses. It appears that the owner has done a good job with keeping the appearance of the premises up to date. I appreciated that every possible kitchen utensil you could ever want to use was available. I would rent this property again.

Excellent - June 2020 Stay We enjoyed our stay at Village House #106. The Village House was very clean and updated. The location was within walking distance to the beach and the pool was across the street. This condo was roomy enough for our family of seven. The condo was clean and was decorated nicely. The kitchen was small but was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The master bath shower was very nice! The outside patio area was very large. We also enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails throughout Port Royal. We did not know that Village House allowed dogs, so there were times that the barking of neighboring dogs was annoying, but we did not let it spoil our vacation. Definitely would recommend to our friends! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Village House 106 The condo was clean, spacious, and very nicely appointed, close to the beach and bike trails.etc. Wonderful large balcony! Reasons for 4 vs. 5: Permanent residents have dogs and they barked a lot, it was annoying at times, and we are dog lovers. We used the app upon arrival, but weren`t given the after hours front entry code, ice melted and groceries got warm until someone coming out of the building let us in and told us we needed another code. Called Goode and was told we hadn`t been populated, `sorry`,our after hours code was then validated. Was told the pool would be open when I rented the unit, it was not. Not much of an apology from Goode, just a `sorry, each community makes their own rules`. I understand that, but poor communication between Goode and the condo association doesn`t make it acceptable to us as renters. Asked if any other pool would be available for our use. The only offer was to go to the Westin and buy a drink and use their pool deck only, not the pool. That is fine, but we shouldn`t have been told it was open without knowing for sure, very disappointing Just glad my grandkids weren`t with us. Last, but not least, Wifi was was listed as secure, but someone hacked into our computer. After checking some investments, got a notification that our password changed. Obviously a scam, after checking with our tech guy from home. Just thought you should be aware of this! Could be very comprising to others as well. In summary, the condo itself was outstanding, but these other issues detracted a little from it being a great stay. As far as the unit itself, I would definitely return, but would have to be certain the issues I mentioned were resolved first, number one being better communication. Thanks for the opportunity to express my concerns. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
