Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a queen bed, an armchair for lounging, a full private bath with dual sinks and standalone shower, and access to a balcony.

There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, and WiFi is provided for your convenience. The fenced-in backyard is spacious - great for your dog if you choose to bring one, though be sure to keep an eye on him or tie up for extra precaution (please note the 40-pound weight limit and a small nightly fee). You'll also enjoy a deck, a charcoal grill for barbecuing, and an outdoor firepit for roasting s'mores and enjoying quiet nights.

This house is perfect for a retreat or a large family - walk a block and a half to the beach, where you can build sandcastles, fly kites, comb for seashells, or surf if you're feeling ambitious. Walk to the south end of the beach for a picturesque view at Cockcroft Sanddollar Point, and bring the beach chairs to wait for the sun to set into the calming waters of the Pacific.

Half a mile north from the house is Gearhart Golf Links, where you can play a full round of 18 holes with stunning views of the nearby coastal mountains. Enjoy a coffee and pastry at Pacific Way Bakery and Café, or head less than a mile south along Highway 101 for more options in Seaside.

Along Broadway Street in Seaside you'll find a wide selection of cafés and eateries, and plenty more entertainment, including an arcade, carousel, fun shops, mini-golf, and amusement rides. Walk along the waterfront to find the Seaside Aquarium to learn about the local marine life and even feed the seals!
