Step-free access. 24 hour front desk and concierge service is available. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: Underground paid parking is available on site, accessible via Blackcomb Way after check-in. Parking accessed with the code provided at check-in which will open the parking gate. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $20 per 24 hours (including tax). Parking can be purchased via the self service machine in the lobby (does not accept debit cards.) There is limited hourly paid parking outside the gate for day visitors. There is no vehicle maximum.
Maximum parking clearance is 6'8'. No over-height parking. The front desk can direct guests to pay to park off-site providers, on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

The lodge location was fairly close to a few restaurants and bars, and ski lifts, and a ten minute walk to the main Village.
The rooms were fine, and the front service desk personnel were helpful and cheerful.

The bed and the wifi were excellent. The hot tub was nice. Parking and location were great. The unit was extremely noisy. The bathroom fan sounded like it was going to come flying out of the ceiling and decapitate someone. One lamp was broken.
It was a functional space, just don’t expect peace and quiet.

Nice location but we had mold in the bathroom tub, walls were dirty, lamps did not work, and the room was so hot I barley slept. No AC.

Not bad, good location, but everything inside needs an upgrade and deep clean. Walls are paper thin so that when someone is watching TV in their room at a normal level, it feels like you’re watching as well.
