Effective August 9, American citizens and permanent residents of the United States who currently reside in the U.S. and who qualify as fully vaccinated travelers will be able to enter Canada for discretionary travel. To be considered "fully vaccinated," travelers must have completed the full course of vaccination with a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine at least 14 days prior to entering Canada.

This hotel-style condo provides a lovely haven in the mountains, with plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on your own private balcony or curl up in front of the gas fireplace. Nestled between restaurants, bars and popular shops, the Glacier Lodge is only a few minutes walk to Blackcomb gondolas and just under one-and-a-half kilometers (just under one mile) from Village Lane. If you're visiting at a warmer time of year, mountain bike enthusiasts will enjoy attending the Crankworx festival in August (check their website for times and location notices). But the mountain always beckons - select a gondola and head up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters /1,427 feet that runs guests from Blackcomb to Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay.

*From October 1st to May 30th, vehicles traveling to Whistler are required to have winter tires. A legal winter tire (on a standard passenger vehicle or a four-wheel/all-wheel vehicle) MUST have at least 3.5 mm of tread depth. A winter tire must be labeled with either of the following: the letters "M" and "S" (the minimum legal requirement for mud and snow/all season tires) or the three-peaked mountain/snowflake symbol. Some manufacturers label with both the mountain snowflake and the M+S symbol.

Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Parking Notes: Underground paid parking is available on site, accessible via Blackcomb Way after check-in. Parking is accessed with the code provided at check-in, which will open the parking gate. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $20 per 24 hours (including tax). Parking can be purchased via the self service machine in the lobby (does not accept debit cards.) There is limited hourly paid parking outside the gate for day visitors. There is no vehicle maximum.

Maximum parking clearance is 6'8". If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2" and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.
