During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

This breezy and tropical style condos other features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, dishes, pots, pans and all utensils needed to cook and prepare any meal that you desire. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. All bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players. All linens and towels for the unit are provided for you.
