During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***
This beautiful second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room glass table has seating for four with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a VCR/DVD combo unit. The master and both guest bedrooms all have TV’s and VCR/DVD combo units. The patio has a table and chairs with 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Please bring your own beach towels.
