Upon entering, you will find the comfortable primary bedroom, which includes a large, mounted television and leads into the half and full bathroom, the latter of which contains the washer and dryer. Both the full and half bathrooms are easily accessible through the bedroom and the hallway. Down the hallway, you will find the renovated, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen, which sports stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the living room, and the dining area. The living room boasts a large television and DVD player combination, perfect for a relaxing movie night.

Step out onto the spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in memorable views and partial sunsets. This lovely second-floor vacation rental has been completely remodeled to offer an updated, modern touch. • SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction on the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.
• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
