The living area has new furnishings with a large TV and both a queen and twin sleepers. The dining area seats six. The renovated kitchen has dark cabinets with granite countertops and is fully equipped making it easy to prepare a favorite beach meal. The main bedroom has beach-inspired decor with a king bed and private bath. The new slate tile flooring in the living area and carpet in the bedroom add to the fresh new look of this condo. With a washer/dryer and a second full bath in the condo, this condo is perfectly suited for up to five people. You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
