This home features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and snacks, as well as a private patio for unwinding after a busy day at the beach. Located on the first floor, this condo is easily accessed - the shared pool area is also a short walk away for some relaxation and sunbathing. There's no need to worry about sandy clothes, as there is a private washer and dryer to keep everything clean. Plus, this condo boasts two flat-screen TVs, so keeping up with your favorite shows will be a breeze.
This condo is part of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which offers amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, beach access, and four designer golf courses. Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar soft sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve, a little over a mile east. Be sure to visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north, offering fine dining, shopping, and regular special events and festivals right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay.
THINGS TO KNOW
- A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
- Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
