What's nearby: Located across from the entrance to the Blue Mountain Village within the Wintergreen development, you won't find a better location than this one. You'll be sitting along the first hole of the famous Monterra Golf Course and a short walking distance from the Village. This area is a hot spot for outdoor lovers. Golf courses abound and you won't have trouble finding tennis courts nearby. Plunge! Aquatic Centre is a great family-friendly place to visit with your loved ones. It features plenty of waterslides, outdoor, indoor, and kiddie pools, hot tubs, and even docks! Collingwood is five and a half miles away and there you can explore the famous Scenic Caves or have a picnic in Millennium Overlook Park.

Parking notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY within all Wintergreen units. When staying at your Vacasa Wintergreen rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Wintergreen Development Parking Lot. Your vehicles must be parked in parking spots closest to your unit either in available spots with the front row of spots or in one of the available posts in the back row.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.

Large unit with plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. Large dining table! Very clean unit. Walkable to the village and lifts. Cool views of the ski hill at night! Decent amount of room at the entrance for coats, wet boots. I recommend this place.

The condo was perfect for our family of six. Everything we needed was available. The location is unbeatable - near cideries, the Blue Mountain Village, beaches, and hiking trails. Would recommend this to everyone looking to get away and have the comforts of home.

This unit was beautiful and a very short walk to the resort. I had read previous reviews and brought extra amenities (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs etc) to be sure we had enough on hand for our stay. Everything was very supplied at the unit except hand soap for the bathrooms so if you will be there a few days you may want to bring some.
It was super quiet while we were there so felt quite cozy. This was an ideal location as there was much to do outside of the village as on nearby hiking trails (Eugenia Falls) and beaches (Peasemarsh).
The only drawback was the twin beds - they are quite firm.

The home is clean. Location is close to Blue mountain village. Price is right. I love the calling in to vacasa’s service. They have very friendly and experienced staff to provide excellent customer service. The only one concern is that the queen bed made a lot of noise. If they replace the bed, the stay would be five stars and perfect. Overall, we had a good vacation and I definitely would love to go back.

A very nice place to stay. Would give it 5 stars but the cookware (pots and pans) are less than adequate for the amount of persons it can house. We also found dirty bowls/cutlery and used tea bags in the kettle.
Overall though, we would stay here again! Just need to bring our own cookware!

Perfect location. Just right across the village. Roomy for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Unfortunately, there isn’t enough dish wisher detergent, so can’t utilize the dish washer. Has to hand wash dishes. Should bring my own next time.

This unit is a quick walk to the village...so appreciated. All amenities needed were in the unit. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to put together your own meals. Beds are comfortable and washrooms cleans. You will love it here.

Recently stayed here with a group of friends. Everything was in perfect condition. Bed I stayed in was very comfortable. Nice television and common area with a very nice kitchen. Balconies on either side of the property for views of the golf course and the hills. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

This townhouse is ok, becoming dated quickly. Screens to the outside were broken, broom inside was disgusting and full of hair, Had no idea how to operate the jet tub for the kids, no instructions where to empty the garbage, no warning that the front door auto locks and the keys don't work - it needs to be fully replaced...took 3-5 mins everytime to jiggle the keys just right to get it open. Spacious layout though and lots of space for people. Overall it was tidy - not sure how much of deep clean it got before arriving though.

Loved the close proximity to hill and overall layout. Property Mgmt needs some improvement though re: changing light bulbs, refilling liquid soaps etc. Low on the “extras”. Relative value “ok”, not great.

We start our guests out with a starter pack of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. and after those run out, we ask that they provide their own.
