It offers its guests the chance to enjoy the resort's shared on-site amenities like the large swimming pool and children's wading pool (summer only). You won't want to miss this one of the kind, rare, and unique end townhome surrounded by greenery, the Georgian Bay water line in the clear day, and the Blue Mountain view!

Upon entering, you'll first notice that this getaway has been recently renovated and boasts elegant new furniture and art collections from local shops and various pickups from around the world. An inviting living area with comfortable furnishings is located right in front of the stone gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, making it the perfect place to spread out and relax. The 65” Smart TV is in the living room and a smaller 43" TV is in the primary bedroom. Both TVs can receive many programs from Rogers TV, more than 50 channels from the Smart TV itself, and Netflix by logging in to your own account. Everyone will also love the unique coffee table between the two chair couches in the living room because it is also a speaker that is easy to pair up with a cellphone and enjoy your own music. Right off the living room is the furnished deck complete with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill–now barbecues can totally be part of your plans! The fully equipped kitchen is a miracle worker. It boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and an L-shaped breakfast far with seating for three. When mealtime comes around, the dining room offers a cozy space with an eight-person dining table. Parking Notes: Parking passes are mandatory at 170 Snowbridge Way. When staying at 170 Snowbridge Way you are strictly limited to one vehicle within the development parking lot. Your one vehicle must always display a parking pass on your vehicle dashboard while in the Snowbridge parking lot. The parking spots are NOT marked/designated so please park your one vehicle in parking spot in front of or closest to your building in which your unit is located. (spots are based on availability).

Your 2nd vehicle can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.

Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.

As soon as you arrive at 170 Snowbridge Way you must immediately enter your Vacasa rental unit and retrieve your ONE parking pass (Vacasa Parking Permit) and immediately place the parking pass on the dashboard of your one permitted on-site vehicle (at 170 Snowbridge). This a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you MUST BE CERTAIN to place your Vacasa parking pass back exactly where you located it within your Vacasa rental unit when you first checked-in.

Please note that parking space availability can sometimes be very limited. If there are no spaces available at 170 Snowbridge Way, it is the guest's responsibility to find a suitable place to legally park in the region.

Any lost parking pass (1) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

We stayed here for a dress nights to get away, relax, and do some skiing at &blue Mountain. The condo is large with lots of space and all the amenities. The shuttle, which is included, picked us up and dropped us off at Blue Mountain and later brought us home with no issues.

Stayed in this property during our recent vacation to blue mountain and it was great. Kitchen- everything you may need and more including wine glasses, beautiful platters for serving and more. Bathrooms- clean and nicely renovated. The second bathroom is very large and was perfect for 2 families to share. Living room- couch could use an update though was comfortable, as a bed not so comfortable though most aren’t. Outdoor patio- nice size for a second floor, BBQ was clean and was able to enjoy some outdoor dining. Would definitely come back to this property again, highly recommended.

Stayed here with the family, it's a great place if you have teens with it walking distance to Blue Mountain Village and the attractions there.

Rooms were very clean and they've made some updates. Another reviewer had mentioned that some things were 'tired' and you can tell they've refreshed many things this year.

We'd go back.

Place was dated but nice and comfortable; plenty of space. It really could benefit from a deep clean. At present it is really dusty, with lots of debris under furniture and beds, etc.

We stayed here for a weekend in September and the house was very clean, great location as well. Contactless - they give you a code to the house the morning of your stay. Absolutely loved it here and will book again in the future.

We were fortunate to get away to this spot for a few days, very close to Blue Mountain village, golf course, hiking trails and loads of amenities. We drove to Thornbury, walked the Georgian Trail and enjoyed meandering along the water. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire property very comfortable and clean. Loved the view of the tall trees and the sunrise from the deck, and our evening BBQs.
