Upon entering, you'll first notice that this getaway has been recently renovated and boasts elegant wooden touches throughout as well as an inviting living area with comfortable furnishings located right in front of the stone gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, making it the perfect place to spread out and relax. If you're caught up with work, there is a well-equipped desk with a desk chair. Right off the living room is the furnished deck complete with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill–now barbecues can totally be part of your plans!

The fully-equipped kitchen is a miracle worker. It boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and an L-shaped breakfast far with seating for two. When mealtime comes around, the dining room offers a cozy space with an eight-person dining table.

Parking Notes: As soon as you arrive at 170 Snowbridge Way you must immediately enter the unit and retrieve your two parking passes (Vacasa Parking Permits) and place one on each windshield of your two permitted on-site vehicles. This is a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you must place the two parking passes back exactly where you located them when you first checked in.

For vehicle parking, both vehicles should be parked closest to your unit based on parking spot availability.

Please note that vehicle pool as parking is somewhat limited. Please note that parking space availability can be very limited; if there are no spaces available at 170 Snowbridge Way, it is the guest's responsibility to find a suitable place to legally park in the region. Please notify Vacasa if this occurs by contacting our Customer Experience (CX) Team at Vacasa which is available 24/7 at 1-800-544-0300

Any lost parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Stayed in this property during our recent vacation to blue mountain and it was great. Kitchen- everything you may need and more including wine glasses, beautiful platters for serving and more. Bathrooms- clean and nicely renovated. The second bathroom is very large and was perfect for 2 families to share. Living room- couch could use an update though was comfortable, as a bed not so comfortable though most aren’t. Outdoor patio- nice size for a second floor, BBQ was clean and was able to enjoy some outdoor dining. Would definitely come back to this property again, highly recommended.

Stayed here with the family, it's a great place if you have teens with it walking distance to Blue Mountain Village and the attractions there.

Rooms were very clean and they've made some updates. Another reviewer had mentioned that some things were 'tired' and you can tell they've refreshed many things this year.

We'd go back.

Place was dated but nice and comfortable; plenty of space. It really could benefit from a deep clean. At present it is really dusty, with lots of debris under furniture and beds, etc.

We stayed here for a weekend in September and the house was very clean, great location as well. Contactless - they give you a code to the house the morning of your stay. Absolutely loved it here and will book again in the future.

We were fortunate to get away to this spot for a few days, very close to Blue Mountain village, golf course, hiking trails and loads of amenities. We drove to Thornbury, walked the Georgian Trail and enjoyed meandering along the water. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire property very comfortable and clean. Loved the view of the tall trees and the sunrise from the deck, and our evening BBQs.
