Inside, Rivergrass 226 offers a spacious living room area equipped with comfortable furnishings right in front of the flatscreen TV for your convenience; the gas fireplace located under the TV makes this area a great spot to unwind after spending the day outside.
What's nearby: If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north).

Parking notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY with all units. When staying at your Vacasa Rivergrass rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Rivergrass Parking Lot.
Your parking passes are located just inside the front door of the unit.
Please ensure that you park one vehicle within the front row and one in the back row and both vehicles should have your parking pass displayed on your dashboard or dashboard mirror.
If you have any more than two vehicles then you shall need to locate alternate parking. Please be sure to vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is limited.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.
Any lost pool/hot tub access fobs(1) or parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/fob and/or per pass (2) which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our condos at Rivergrass are a mix of vacation properties and some residential units. We therefore request that you be respectful of others as it relates to Noise, Parking and Garbage. We therefore want to remind all of our valued Vacasa guests that we want you to enjoy the condo here at Blue and create many happy memories and that you respectfully adhere to the rules that exist within your vacation rental unit.

Our stay was great. The place is cozy em well cared. The missing star is just because it's not inside the village. The weather was so windy and cold that we couldn't walk to the lifts; we had to drive instead, But, I highly recommend the place.

This home is beautiful and has great potential but is in need of a good clean, repairs and upgrades. We arrived to find the home to be dirty, all of the dishes were dirty and stained, the cookie sheets had food baked onto them, there were cob webs in the bathroom and living room area and the floors were dirty, carpets stained. The fridge was leaking water on the inside onto our food. This issue was addressed on reviews previously, but obviously not corrected. The gas fireplace switch would not turn on, for which maintenance attended to the home 2 times and was unable to fix. The hair dryer in one of the bathrooms was broken. We were disappointed that we spent so much money on this rental and received it in this condition. The management company was able to offer a small monetary compensation for this, however we would not return to this home unless these issues were corrected. The location was great, walking distance to the village and slopes. Parking was excellent, a quiet neighbourhood. Well laid out unit with lots of space. Easy check in with the door code. The outdoor hot tub was great, just a few steps away from the home.

We had a comfortable stay in Rivergrass - Unit 226 - the grounds are impeccably looked after and it is a nice quiet area. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with fresh clean white linens and the towels were clean and fresh also. The view from our condo overlooked the golf course which was really picturesque and it was fun to watch the golfers tee off. The pool was very nice and clean. Vacasa was great in providing information about the amenities and sending the links to reservations at the pool and Blue Mountain Resort activities. The only negative about this condo is that the appliances are very old and not in good working order. The microwave had a huge crack in the door and it was taped up which I think is pretty dangerous to use so we didn't. The fridge was leaking water from the freezer to the fridge which left the bottom shelf flooded with water at any given time and the kitchen tap was hard to use for water because it was broken. And even though we brought eggs to cook for our mornings there, we couldn't bring ourselves to use the frying pans - the teflon was deeply scratched and damaged and discoloured. The main floor bathroom needs some work too. This unit must have been fabulous when it was new - it would be a shame for Vacasa to ignore the upgrades and maintenance it needs to keep bringing guests back year after year. We wouldn't book this unit again unless there were repairs and upgrades.

The location of this place is perfect. a short walk to the village, and a great view of the picturesque 18th hole.
The unit is a little tired and needs some minor repairs.

Good size for a larger group. The unit had some really steep stairs and was not ha do friendly. Some items furniture and appliances were broken inside but not major (microwave was cracked- lamps cracked- screens weren't in- one element didn't work, dishwasher didn't work well... Washed but didn't clean properly). Good location! Close to the mountain and light festival thing

We stayed here over New Years with two families and loved it. Great location, spacious concept with a huge dining room table that seated all 8 of us and fabulous family room to relax and hang out. Clean, with comfy beds and hot tub ... just a short 5 min walk to Blue Mountain Village. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great chalet with more space than a hotel room!
