What's nearby: Located at the base of Blue Mountain Resorts and next to the Village, you won't find a better location than this! Head down to the Village and explore its many local restaurants and coffee shops while you take in the scenery and get to know this gorgeous place. Want some family-friendly fun for you and the kids? Plunge! Aquatic Centre is nearby and it features a handful of swimming pools (yes, kiddie pools as well!) And waterslides. This location is also great for golf lovers. You'll have several golf courses nearby, so pack your clubs and hit the greens at Monterra Golf Course (one and a half miles), Cranberry Golf Course (five and a half miles), Blue Mountain Golf & Country Club (four miles), or Batteaux Creek Golf Club (11 miles). Collingwood is a short five and a half mile-drive and there you can book sightseeing tours, sunset cruises, local wine or beer tasting and even find a climbing gym for people of all ages at Climbers Corner.

Parking notes: Parking passes are mandatory at 170 Snowbridge Way. When staying at 170 Snowbridge Way you are strictly limited to one vehicle within the development parking lot. Your one vehicle must always display a parking pass on your vehicle dashboard while in the Snowbridge parking lot. The parking spots are NOT marked/designated so please park your one vehicle in parking spot in front of or closest to your building in which your unit is located. (spots are based on availability).
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.
As soon as you arrive at 170 Snowbridge Way you must immediately enter your Vacasa rental unit and retrieve your ONE parking pass (Vacasa Parking Permit) and immediately place the parking pass on the dashboard of your one permitted on-site vehicle (at 170 Snowbridge). This a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you MUST BE CERTAIN to place your Vacasa parking pass back exactly where you located it within your Vacasa rental unit when you first checked-in.
Please note that parking space availability can sometimes be very limited. If there are no spaces available at 170 Snowbridge Way, it is the guest's responsibility to find a suitable place to legally park in the region.
Any lost parking pass (1) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

Perfect proximity to Blue Mountain. Everything you need for a family of four including a nice yard and grill. Would just recommend bringing your own cleaning/disinfecting wipes for kitchen cleanup and there is only basic cable in the main living area TV-would be great to have a smart TV for rainy days. Very nice and clean condo. Perfect for our weekend away. Close those Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Opted to sleep on the pull out and there was no comforter, I do suggest bringing pillows and a blanket if you plan to do the same. No food staples left in house, make sure you bring everything with you that you need. Good communication prior to arrival, easy to find and park.

The set up and convenience of the condo were great. Great views of the golf course out back and easy to get to the hill. There is a condo directly above and it is very loud if there are renters upstairs at the same time. Footsteps and talking are very loud. Other than that it is very nice.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and the entire booking experience was easy. When we arrived at the property it was super easy to get into the property as you just need a code. They have 2 parking spaces which they provide you with a parking permit you put on your dashboard. The house was super clean and we brought toilet paper, towels, paper towels but you dont need it. They provide all that! Just pack your food and clothes. Kitchen is fully stacked with everything you need. The location of the property is just 2 minute drive to Blue Mountain village or 15 minute walk. I am actually going to book this property in September again. I recommend this property 100%.

The place is clean and very cozy. It’s only a few minutes away from Blue Mountain Village which is a big plus. The kitchen is complete with all the appliances working fine. We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! Loved every minute of it. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids loved it. Very clean, private, has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, lovely nature. One thing I would suggest to property management is to clean bbq professionally or replace some parts. But other than that, everything was great.
We would definitely come back.

Stayed here with a small group of friends and this place was perfect. Not too big but not too small. The ski resort was just a 2 min drive and parking was not that bad. Will stay again if I ever come back
