Conveniently sitting in a cul-de-sac, this vacation rental is also excellently located across Blue Mountain and ski lifts. Being half a mile from Blue Mountain Village has its advantages. You can find a plethora of shopping and dining options, as well as ski and bikes rentals. Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and more!

Your parking passes are located just inside the front door of the unit.
Please ensure that you park one vehicle within the front row and one in the back row and both vehicles should have your parking pass displayed on your dashboard or dashboard mirror.
If you have any more than two vehicles then you shall need to locate alternate parking. Please be sure to vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is limited.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.
Any lost pool/hot tub access fobs(1) or parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/fob and/or per pass (2) which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our condos at Rivergrass are a mix of vacation properties and some residential units. We therefore request that you be respectful of others as it relates to Noise, Parking and Garbage.
