This air-conditioned condo sits adjacent to the Monterra Golf Course in the Rivergrass complex at Blue Mountain Resort. You'll be less than half a mile from the heart of Blue Mountain Village, where you'll find the Silver Bullet High-Speed Lift and dozens of shops, restaurants, and recreational outfitters. In the wintertime, the resort offers seven chair lifts, three terrain parks, and 365 skiable acres; in the summer, you'll be only two miles south of excellent swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding at Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay. The ever-tranquil Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is just two miles east as well.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY with all units. When staying at your Vacasa Rivergrass rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Rivergrass Parking Lot.
Your parking passes are located just inside the front door of the unit.
Please ensure that you park one vehicle within the front row and one in the back row and both vehicles should have your parking pass displayed on your dashboard or dashboard mirror.
If you have any more than two vehicles then you shall need to locate alternate parking. Please be sure to vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is limited.
Any lost pool/hot tub access fobs(1) or parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/fob and/or per pass (2) which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our condos at Rivergrass are a mix of vacation properties and some residential units. We therefore request that you be respectful of others as it relates to Noise, Parking and Garbage. We therefore want to remind all of our valued Vacasa guests that we want you to enjoy the condo here at Blue and create many happy memories and that you respectfully adhere to the rules that exist within your vacation rental unit.
