Ideally situated in the midst of world-class outdoor activity at Blue Mountain Resort, this lofty retreat offers a cozy home base in every season! Enjoy central air conditioning, a private deck, and shared access to a seasonal pool and tennis courts in the summer; return each winter to walk to the nearby ski lift, and curl up in the warmth of the electric fireplace each evening.

What's nearby:
This property is part of North Creek Resort, a complex that sits a quarter-mile walk from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift, next to the Toronto Ski Club, and a short ride on the free shuttle bus from Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south). In the Village, you'll find another ski lift, dozens of restaurants and shops, atmospheric cobblestone streets, and turn-of-the-century Ontario architecture. In the summertime, Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay is only a mile north. There are also five golf courses within a 12-mile drive, including Monterra Golf a mile down the road.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are NOT REQUIRED at our North Creek Resort units. When staying at your Vacasa North Creek Resort rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Development Parking Lot.

If you have any more than two vehicles then any overflow can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.

Here is a map that will be of great value to you in locating the parking lot for your overflow (more than the two allowed at North Creek Resort site) vehicles (as detailed above).

This was a great location. It had all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Walls are thick, so very quiet. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were five and didn't felt cramped up. Great view on the hills. And we loved the contactless check-in as well as the door doesn't need a key but a code to open.

The accommodations were nice. The layout was comfy. Television was provided. Towels and face cloth, soap and toiletries provided. Which was nice in case you forgot. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The picture shows nicely...but not what we walked into. Which all added up to the 3 rating.

Needs paint repairs on some areas. The beds were dam near rock solid. Didn't have oven mitts or a ladel which made dinner a little difficult. Great area though. Close to the pool. Stocked with TP, shampoo.

Property is very outdated, carpets are filthy, air conditioning upstairs doesn't work. Damp smell throughout the condo. Toilets don't flush properly, shower head needs to be replaced. I would remove the carpet and replace with hard wood flooring. Overall the property needs a complete make over. No contact information to receive any clean linen or toiletries.

This condo and location is perfect for a getaway. The condo was spacious and had everything in place for our arrival. It is minutes from the beach, the spa and the village at Blue. The property management team are very courteous and helpful with any requests. I would definitely recommend booking this property!

Looks nothing like the pics, furnitures are too old with lots of damages beds were not comfortable at all you can feel springs underneath and also its not balanced

If you get a great deal, it maybe worth it. Try to books an end unit that is fully renovated. The picture are accurate.

Box spring on bed was broken, when we called the first morning, worker arrived and said he would make a note of it! He said we could sleep on sofa bed! Seriously? For $250 a night? The unit is old and tired and needs a major makeover. Dirty floors, few dishes. Very disappointed and left exhausted with major back pain.
