Ideally situated only steps from Blue Mountain Village, the ski lifts, and the Monterra Golf Course, this condo will welcome you home from your daily adventures with central air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and a lovely living space full of plush furnishings.
What's nearby: Mountain Walk sits right across the road from Blue Mountain Village, where you'll find cobblestone streets, turn-of-the-century Ontario architecture, and dozens of excellent shops and eateries. Skiers, snowboarders, and mountain bikers will be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort; golfers will find the Monterra Golf Course only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). The Blue Mountain area is also known for its hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two miles north).

Parking notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY within all Mountain Walk units. When staying at your Vacasa Mountain Walk rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Mountain Walk Development Parking Lot. Your vehicles must be parked in parking spots closest to your unit either in available spots with the front row of spots or in one of the available posts in the back row.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited. We loved the layout of the condo, it’s conducive to socializing - large sectional couch, nice dining area, functional kitchen with a little breakfast bar. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms updated. The location is extremely convenient, it’s a short walk from the Blue Mountain Village and all restaurants, stores, bars, cafes, etc.! Enjoy, you’ll be impressed!

Walking distance to the Village was great! We had a great time in condo 222. It was clean and very spacious. Needed to contact maintenance for a couple of minor things (fireplace not working and new lightbulb needed on outside patio) and they responded right away to fix both issues. Great spot for a ladies weekend away!

The house is just a walking distance from the blue mountain village. It was spacious. All necessary amenities are provided too.

Overall great stay. The unit was clean and spacious. All the amenities were present. We did have a bit of an issue checking in and trying to locate the lockbox that contained the FOB. Luckily we met a Vacasa maintenance supervisor Mark, who directed us to where everything was. Even made sure we got into our unit. He was also gracious enough to give us another parking pass for our kids. Real class individual. My only complaint was the whole FOB process once we were all in the unit. There must be a better way to allow family members in and out of the unit. Having a single FOB is a logistical pain. Otherwise, you can't ask for a cleaner and fully loaded unit in a great location.

Clean unit with plenty of space. Walking distance to village, but maybe not with young kids with ski equipment. Abit pricey, but you are paying for convenience.

We are group of 3 families 6adults and 4kids. It’s very comfortable for all of us. Each family has own room with enough beds for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped. There are enough utensils for all of us. The house is clean modern decorated.
The only drawback is the bedroom I stayed is open to the living room below and the window doesn’t have curtain. This should be an easy fix.

We had a wonderful stay. We were a large group of 12 and had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were very close to the hill which allowed us to easily come and go throughout the day and have our breaks back in the comfort of our room.
