This garden-level condo is perfectly located right across the street from the Village, offering a walkout to the patio and table that seats six, a large outdoor space to relax, and a bbq to cook up some burgers on at the end of the day. Additionally, you can enjoy a jetted bathtub to soothe your tired muscles, a wood-burning fireplace to curl up next to each evening, and easy access to adventure in all four seasons.
This air-conditioned condo enjoys a prime location in Mountain Walk across the road from Blue Mountain Village, where you'll find charming cobblestone streets, turn-of-the-century architecture, and roughly 50 unique shops and eateries. If you're a skier or a snowboarder, you'll be less than 500 feet from the Silver Bullet High-Speed Lift at Blue Mountain Resort, as well as an assortment of restaurants to refuel you after a day on the slopes. Come summertime, there are five golf courses within a 12-mile drive (including Monterra within a quarter-mile stroll), as well as beautiful beaches and spots for swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (including Northwinds Beach two miles north).

Parking Notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY within all Mountain Walk units. When staying at your Vacasa Mountain Walk rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Mountain Walk Development Parking Lot. Your vehicles must be parked in parking spots closest to your unit either in available spots with the front row of spots or in one of the available posts in the back row.
If you have any more than two vehicles then any overflow can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.
