Tastefully-decorated and offering spectacular views off its balcony, this spacious, family-friendly, mountainside condo is located within the Chateau Ridge Development, right next to Blue Mountain Resort's Happy Valley Ski Hill. Inside, guests of this spacious rental will enjoy the full, well-equipped kitchen with attached breakfast bar and wine cooler, large dining room table, perfect for dining and game nights, and a cozy living area warmed by a wood-burning fireplace.

What's nearby:
Hope aboard the free shuttle (there's a stop close by) and take a stress-free ride into Blue Mountain Village no matter the season. When the snow is falling, this area becomes a wintersports wonderland for skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. And when the temperatures rise, hit the many hiking and biking trails, ride the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, and indulge in a variety of watersports on Georgian Bay, all within a couple miles of this rental.

Parking Notes: Your parking passes are located just inside your unit.

Parking passes are MANDATORY within all Chateau Ridge. When staying at your Vacasa Chateau ridge rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Development Parking Lot. One of your vehicles must be parked in the unit #’rd parking spot and the 2nd allowable vehicle must be parked in the designated visitor parking spots.

If you have any more than two vehicles then any overflow can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.

Here is a map that will be of great value to you in locating the parking lot for your overflow vehicles (as detailed above).

Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.

Any lost or unreturned parking passes will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass which will be charged to the credit card on file.

We had the best time! Clean, cozy & equipped with everything you need for a weekend of R&R. Ski in ski out and just a short walk to the village. Would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back! :)

The unit was very pretty and comfortable. It was very good supplied, well organized and cleaned. As a feedback, the internet was slow and we were not able to use more than one device. Also, the fire alarm did not have batteries. However, the experience was excellent!!! I would love to come back!!!

- microwave and remote was not working
- there was issues with main door and we couldn't access the door in the morning on checkout day, so had to leave a cake in the refrigerator
- otherwise, excellent facility, location, parking, clean, decor

Spacious, clean, great floor plan/layout. Only complaint is the late check-in (unit was not ready by the check-in time).
