Parking Notes: Your Vacasa rental unit is located within the Cachet Crossing development which is located at 107 Ann Heggtveit Drive. Your civic address and unit # is provided to you in your pre-arrival emails from Vacasa.

Parking passes are MANDATORY with all units. When staying at your Vacasa Cachet Crossing rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Cachet Crossing Development Parking Lot. Your parking passes are located just inside the front door of the unit. Please ensure that park one vehicle within the #’rd parking spot and one in an available visitor parking spot and both vehicles should have your yellow parking displayed on your dashboard or dashboard mirror.

If you have any more than two vehicles then you shall need to locate alternate parking Please be sure to vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is limited.

Any lost parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

The unit was very spacious! Three floors, and a good living/dining/kitchen area. We stayed with another family as we were in town for a funeral, and we had plenty of space. The second full bath is helpful.
The unit does need some updating- the patio door sticks, and the bathrooms are dated. However, it was clean and comfy and you cannot beat the location! Literally steps from the village. We would definitely book again!

This place is very rundown. We couldn’t hardly sit on the sofa as it was so uncomfortable. Carpets were stained with???? Kitchen tap was broken. Find some place else for the price, not worth it.

This place is in a great location and views, but the inside needs help. For the kind of money they ask for the weekend is depressing. I think the homeowner likes the cash in but never out. For me there is just to much to mention. But i will never rent this place again. What a shame though.

This property perfect for proximity to skiing and the village. It has a front row seat to the hill.

Although the unit needed some tlc(mouldy shower, dirty blinds, chipped paint, no updated furnishings, etc we appreciated being able to have our family of 8 in one unit. Close proximity to the ski lift and the village was a huge factor in renting this unit.

We had a change of unit but it was a good unit.
