The Tahoe Donner HOA has instituted new changes to their Guest Pass Policy. This home has 6 guest passes (one pass per person aged 3 and up). 2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
