For unforgettable family meals, the kitchen is your playground. It's fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need and lots of counter space. There's even a slow cooker so you could set up dinner in the morning and come back to a home filled with delicious smells! The crew can enjoy eating around the dining table with an eye-catching deer antler chandelier overhead. There's also a high chair for your little one. If you caught some fresh fish, head outside to cook them on the gas grill.
After a day of boating on the lake or snowplay at a resort, all 10 guests will sleep soundly in the seven beds! There are two bedrooms on the main level - the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with soaking tub and a walk-in closet (including a crib, if you need one), and a bedroom with two double beds and a separate bathroom with a standing shower.
The other two bedrooms are upstairs, each has a queen bed. The third bathroom is also on this level and has a shower/bathtub combo and a separate vanity area for convenience.
If you want to simply lay back and watch your favorite shows, you can watch cable programming here, and you can even stream music on your laptop with the WiFi. Plus, there's a washer and dryer.
During the day, you'll have plenty of activities to choose from. A mere eight-minute drive away is the Tahoe Donner Clubhouse and Trout Creek Recreation Center, which offer two restaurants, a spa, pools, hot tubs, fitness room, game room, and basketball ( a small daily rec center fee may apply). For skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and more outdoor fun, many of Lake Tahoe's premier resorts are a 20- to 25-minute drive away, like the popular Northstar, the luxurious Squaw Valley, and the charming Soda Springs Mountain Resort.
