Perfectly appointed for our family of 5. Great gathering area for the whole family while having a second living space when we need time apart. As a prior vacation rental owner, I really love the way it is set up. Clear operation instructions throughout house. We had one minor issue and when we reached out to turnkey, they answered immediately. We will be back

Condo was gorgeous, and very clean. Came with a good number of kitchen appliances. Most beds very comfy aside from one bonk bed, but overall a very cozy house. Streets and parking were a bit tight but we would stay there again.

Overall good. Lovely home but could use attention to a couple of details: Refrigerator water leak (informed it was a severed hose), kitchen knives need sharpening, utility scissors would be nice, flashlight for power outages (we had two during storms), only one dish towel for 2-week stay, and, in general, linens need review. We had some difficulty with streaming TV, but understand that is current trend. Could not get local news or live sports w/o payment??? Communication with Turnkey regarding water leak was frustrating. Call center staff was nice, but took three days and several calls to get help.

This home was a perfect spot for our girls weekend! Very clean and comfortable and well stocked. Loved having a spacious clean garage with plenty of storage for our ski gear. And the view from the back was absolutely gorgeous!! My only suggestion would be that the kitchen and great room overhead lights be put on dimmers or that they bring in some end tables and lamps. We look forward to returning!!!

This rental is only 2 miles from the Canyons Village Ski area, and about 4 miles from Park City Mountain and 1 mile to the Olympic Training area. It was easy to get in and out of. Close to shopping and grocery stores, and has a very pretty view. We even saw Moose walking on the trail behind the house on our first day! Very comfortable lay out of the home which made it enjoyable for all. The only thing that would make it a bit better (simple things- a laundry basket, and the dryer seemed to time out after a short 18 min.) I had to run it several times to dry. I would not suggest stuffing the big washer full as it may take awhile. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was well needed after skiing, comfy beds,the glove dryer was awesome and property VERY CLEAN. Thank you for a memorable vacation! We hope to be back!

Upon arrival we experienced issue after issue with this rental. Turnkey kept telling us that issues will be corrected but turned out to be nothing but lies. The only way possible to communicate with Turnkey was via text messaging and if you did get in contact with a live person, they too kept telling us someone would be there to fix the problems. This particular property had advertised to be family friendly with a private hot tub. This was one of the main reasons we selected this unit. Hot tub had a leak and could not even be used. The solution by Turnkey was to send someone over and fill the tub up with cold water. This took overnight to heat up and the water level was once again low and could not be used. Recommendation - if you can choose a property that Turnkey is NOT involved with book it. If not, better hope you do not have any problems during your stay because it will be a miserable experience.

Prior to our stay the host was responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. The upstairs fireplace was not working so we spent most of the time in the basement. We were especially excited to enjoy the hot tub, however it was ice cold! We did not try it until late in the evening on our last night. We contacted them, but it was too late. We were so disappointed by this!

Very comfortable home. Fantastic upstairs master suite with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Main floor has a kitchen great room with views of the nature preserve. Downstairs has two bedrooms that share a bath so that works great for a few kids. Large hot tub out the door as well. Very clean and updated decor. Highly recommend!

I it was a great experience overall. The house was beautiful and well kept and my family enjoyed it there. We did have a couple of hiccups with getting the TV`s to work and the key to the swimming pool was not there. Both we had to call on and have someone come deliver it but but they were great about it.

This rental is beautiful with great layout and furnishings. Recommend some improvement in the property management, slow to respond on early check in request and then told we could not receive door code due to $9.46 balance on our acct. Later told this was an error on their part, a bit annoying that their error became our problem. All in all beautiful home, but expected starter supplies in kitchen and bathrooms, there were none. Home seemed like it may have been vacant for a time, a little dusty.

Spacious house in a great location. We skied Park City, Deer Valley and Alta and this house provided easy access to all ski resorts. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us with room to spare for more guests.

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice home. The kitchen which opens up to the family room is a nice layout and the 2nd family room downstairs is convenient for larger groups. The furniture was nice, clean and newer.
It is an easy 10 minute drive to Park City and 5 minutes to the outlet mall, Olympic Park and Redstone Center.
Minor negatives - The place was clean with the exception of the windows which were full of kids finger prints. The dishwasher is really bad: does not clean well, is noisy, and is not bolted in so it falls out every time you open it. I expected to have it stocked with toilet paper but we had to go out and buy some. Lastly, the internet was not working consistently late at night. Turnkey eventually gave us another network to use which would have been good to know in advance.

We enjoyed staying in this unit very much. Nice and clean. Good location. There were a few glitches with WiFi, cable and hot tub, but Turnkey was very responsive. They even credited me some money for items that could not be corrected right away. I was impressed. I would stay here again.
