* They are expanding the federal highway that is very close to Loreto Bay to 4 lanes, so they are blowing up the mountain. This is done with no warnings and can cause a lot of noise. It is estimated that it will take 2-3 more months.
* All of the above also causes a lot of dust and dirt that falls directly into the units.
