Warm up and unwind in front of the brand new wood-burning stove, flip on your favorite TV show or movie, and stretch out on the cool leather seating. High-speed internet ensures that everyone can stream, call, and work remotely with ease.

Also, on this level, you'll find two sizable bedrooms and a bathroom. In the primary bedroom suite, you'll wake up every morning feeling as if you are in the clouds, thanks to the ample windows and picturesque sunrise/sunset views. For those working remotely, the stand-up desk, provided monitor, and dock station have you covered, all with a radiant mountain view! The fourth bedroom is also upstairs. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning, though there is a constant breeze due to the high altitude.

• Upta Beech comes with the ability to request Beech Mountain Club membership privileges. Beech Mountain Club access fees apply currently only allowing a transfer of membership. Please inquire prior to booking, if you want to use the club. A minimum of two weeks' notice is advised due to paperwork.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• 1 dog, weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There is one in the front of the property that monitors the driveway and surrounding areas.
