• This home is not available for parties or events, including bachelor parties, fantasy football drafts, prom gatherings, or senior graduation parties.

• Guests must sign in to their own streaming-service accounts when using the Smart TVs.

• Because this home is located in the Texas Hill Country, guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, or other outdoor critters. The property receives routine pest-control service, but this cannot guarantee that wildlife or pests will never be visible.
