The bright and comfortable living area boasts warm hardwood floors and neutral decor that highlight the Gulf views. The living room also features a large TV equipped with cable, and comfortable seating.

The deck boasts unobstructed Gulf views with plentiful seating and an outdoor table perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the dining room offers two tables that seat a total of 10 guests comfortably. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar that looks into the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom also comes with its own private bath. The kitchen is both practical and elegant as it features granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, separate wine fridge, ice maker, and unobstructed Gulf views.
