Private home essentials include WiFi, central air-conditioning, and access to a coin laundry. A seasonal (April-October) beach service setup of two chairs and a shade umbrella is also provided.
Things to Know:
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max), and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max).
Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
