The backyard features hammock swings, outdoor eating, multiple seating spaces, a BBQ, and a fenced yard. This property underwent a complete remodel in 2021. Thoughtful upgrades include all new appliances and two full bathrooms with tubs and showers. The interior features laminate flooring, sophisticated beach decor, a stocked kitchen, and ample seating and dining space throughout.

Accommodations can support two families with a king bed in the primary and a queen in the second bedroom. All beds have upgraded memory foam mattresses and lush pillows. The kid's room can sleep up to six with two full beds and two twin beds. Beach toys and chairs are provided as well as a wheelchair.
