The waterfront is bulkheaded and has an extended pier for easy access to the sound. The ground level has good concrete parking, two carports, and an all-weather entry. The waterfront pool has a large, furnished sundeck, a hot tub, an outside shower, and a bath. The waterfront is bulkheaded and has a small dock for easy water entry for kids and adults.
