Loved the location, close to beach and various stores including a grocery. Lovely decorated and air conditioned condo.. with view of lovely pool!

The house was spotless and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone plenty of personal space. Each room was comfortable, with ample room to unpack and settle in. Loved the little detached “casita” with the mini fridge and all of its privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and for our 3 adult couples, we especially loved the open-concept layout and large sliding doors that led out to the patio. The private pool was beautiful—although construction noise was noted in the listing, it was actually very quiet during our stay. The beach was just a short, easy drive away, and the town center, about a mile away, offered a great variety of restaurants. We ate out every night and one meal was as good as the other. We had breakfast at the house every morning and having the little local store at the end of the lane made it really easy to grab items as we needed them. We had one minor issue, and when I reached out to Daniel, he handled it immediately. He also went above and beyond when our airport driver was delayed, kindly allowing us to stay until our ride arrived. Daniel was consistently responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo

2 room condo was very clean and comfortable. Marina loft complex well maintained and plantings very attractive. 1 Mike walk to grocery stores, restaurants and open air bars. Location is a bit under maintained as no sidewalk and only a dirt path along side the narrow road.

Many of our properties include lounge chairs, umbrellas, or shaded areas by the pool, but this can vary. Check the property details and listing photos for specific details.

Generally, food and drinks are allowed by—but not in—the pool. However, to be safe, it’s best not to use glass or china in the pool area.

Pool toys, floaties, or inflatables are typically not provided. You may want to bring your own, if needed.

We have a good neighbor policy that includes quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. In addition, certain communities have noise policies in place. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and excessive noise can lead to intervention and removal from a property.
