Playa Ocotal vacation rentals with pools

We absolutely loved our stay at Azul Paraíso 7B. The condo was brand new and felt truly luxurious. The space was amazing, and for our family of six it was absolutely perfect—comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed. Our mornings and evenings were spent on the deck enjoying the incredible views and unforgettable sunsets. The pool was just right for relaxing after our morning beach time. We’ve stayed in several condos in this area, and this is definitely one we will return to. A special shout-out to Daniel, our concierge—he was incredibly responsive and super helpful with a few special requests we had, which made our stay even better. I not only highly recommend this property, but we will absolutely be back in the future. We felt safe in the gated complex as well. Don’t hesitate—book it. One important note: I strongly recommend having a car. It really makes the experience much better for getting to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Truly a 5-star stay all around.

We loved the view!

Overall a great stay. The condo, was spacious and spotless. We booked with Wyndham points, sadly that partnership has come and gone. The directions, sent to us a week before and then a day before were easy to navigate from the Liberia airport. We rented a car from Adobe and the condo was about 20-25 minutes away. Felt very secure as it is very gated and had no trouble navigating that and door to the condo. Since the condo is on the top floor and the one parking space underneath is for the 1st floor condo, the parking was just around the corner, a 30 second walk. It is a 5 minute walk to Father Rooster's, a very popular beachside restaurant. We went on Wednesday and Friday nights. Wednesday night the music was laid back and great; Friday was loud and almost impossible to talk over. Depends on what you like, I guess. We are walkers, but walking into town was not really practical between the distance, the stray dogs and the chaotic traffic, but only about a 10 minute drive to Playa del Coco where most of the restaurants and shops were. The boys were able to schedule deep sea fishing and the boat picked them up right in front of Father Rooster's, the closest access to the beach. Ziplining at Diamante Eco Adventure Park was about a 40 minute drive away. The Superman zipline was not for the faint-hearted. (The travel agency Mytanfeet will get you a discount there and through Adobe BTW if you book through them). The only issue at the condo we had was no hot water upon arrival, but quickly resolved by the next morning after one text to management. The only (slight) disappointments were that the pool was pretty cold and they really needed more pots/pans/cooking utensils. Otherwise, wonderful stay and would definitely do it again.

We loved the condo, it was very comfortable and clean. The views were spectacular! As one other review mentioned, the drive up to it was steep, so definitely low gear at times.
