This is a really nice property...the way it's set up was perfect for our family. The main house is 2 bed 3 bath, so mom n dad stayed in the primary suite upstairs which has a nice balcony with some ocean view and the kids each stayed in one of the casitas across the yard. The 2 casitas are attached to each other and are close to the main house. We loved that each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the extra kitchen in the one casita was cool because our son could have food and beverages in there like breakfast stuff and as a 12 year old looking for independence, that was fun for him. The house was super well outfitted ... all the kitchen stuff you would need and quality cookware, juicer, air fryer, gas range, beach towels X 8, nice linens, comfy new beds, and great AC in each room. Beautiful flowering trees and bushes, big old palm trees, tons of great bird watching, howler monkeys were nearby, you can hear the ocean, and then its only a 5 min walk to Playa Blanca which is gorgeous and unspoiled. More often we went to the next beach over (Playa Junquillal) and that beach is gigantic and super accessible to park and not have to walk down any stairs or any long distance, also felt like a lot safer beach for swimming (Blanca has a lot of rocks and we didnt see any at Junquillal). This beach is also unspoiled and there is a turtle sanctuary right there, and my son and daughter got to help the turtle people release about 200 turtles into the sea!!! This was so cool and lifelong memories were made there. Check that out for sure! Only negatives about this house is that there is no pool but we were at the beach every single day so that didn't really matter to us and we knew that going in. Locally there were some good restaurants (absolutely delicious italian restaurant called Il Rustico you must try) and then local fare at Lochitos and Surfista. 2 local grocery stores down the road in Paraiso but I recommend going to Walmart when you land in Liberia and get most of your stuff there. This little community is not touristy but if you want that you drive 30 min to Tamagringo I mean Tamarindo so you can buy your cold coconuts on the beach and shop etc. Pretty decent little ziplining operation not too far away either. We would absolutely stay here again and it was not super expensive.
