We had such an amazing stay here! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was incredibly clean and even smelled fresh and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The space itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, and it honestly seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was exactly as described — if not better. Another big plus was the location. It was close to everything we needed, which made getting around really convenient. Overall, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay — Luxury, Comfort & Perfect for a Special Getaway! Seabird Villa 11 exceeded our expectations in every way. Our group was upgraded to this villa, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for our 70th birthday getaway celebration. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed the home is. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience. The private plunge pool and waterfront deck were highlights for us. Very ideal for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings together as a family. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space while still feeling connected as a group. The Seabird community itself is stunning. Its quiet, secure, and beautifully maintained. Having the on-site café and spa nearby was a wonderful bonus and added to the overall resort-style experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to both Maya Beach and Placencia Village, restaurants, excursions, and activities, while still providing a calm retreat to come back to each day. A special thank you to the Concierge and Management team as well. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their support truly elevated the experience and allowed us to focus on celebrating such a meaningful milestone. If you are considering booking this villa, do not hesitate! It is truly a special place and perfect for families, couples, or groups looking for comfort, style, and a memorable Belize vacation. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The home had everything we needed and more. It was spotless upon arrival, and you could immediately tell that a lot of thought went into both the architecture and the overall design. Modern, comfortable, and very inviting! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference for our group, especially since we were celebrating a special 70th birthday getaway. Everyone slept great and felt relaxed throughout the stay. The private pool and outdoor areas were perfect for spending time together, the cafe and community pool along with the peaceful canal views added to the experience. The community itself is also very beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, which made it feel like a true escape while still being close enough to enjoy Placencia and the surrounding area. A special thank you to the Concierge and Management team as well — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Their support really added to the overall experience.
