Recent Phelps vacation rental reviews

Home was cozy, big garage and deck, beds were comfortable, deer in the back yard. Definitely had the feeling of a Northwood home which is what we were looking for. We were able to park multiple trailers with plenty of room. A 14' , a 16' and 22' trailers with trucks all fit with ease. You can drive right out the driveway to the trails.

The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. This was a return visit, having stayed here many times in the Fall. A great location for a "home base". We toured hiking trails and waterfalls. Just relaxing to enjoy the fireplace and the view of the lake in the Fall. We enjoyed some great local restaurants, Craftsman American Tavern and Burnt Bridge Tavern.

This was our second time staying—we booked for 17 people. Beautiful surroundings, excellent kitchen and indoor/outdoor spaces, plenty of room for people to come together or spread out! Lots of pathways for walking, TVs for watching movies or sports, kitchen supplies for baking/cooking. A wonderful place for making memories. Only negative this time is that there was room for improvement in cleaning: some dog urine smells/stains and not all dishes had been cleaned. We let them know and are sure they will take care of it for future guests.
