We just returned from ten nights here. The property was super comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved having two recliners in the living room. The body wash dispensers in both bathrooms didn’t function but I had soap with so no big deal but it might need to be fixed for the next person. There are plenty of beach supplies; chairs, towels, etc. There are even golf clubs in the closet. The location is great and very quiet. The only thing I think the complex needs to do is heat the pool. I would totally stay in 1306 again!

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was great (walking distance) since we were attending conference at the Hilton Waikoloa. Had a great stay.
