The house was very clean. Dahlia was a great responsive host. If we had any questions Dahlia got right back to us. The house was ready when we got there. It's a great house for a family. It had all that we needed.
The yard is big and the kids could run. We saw numerous deer.
The lake is great. The kids went in the water even though it was cold.
We enjoyed it.

Our friend group needed a place convenient to Austin, Dallas, and Houston for our annual girls weekend. The house and location were excellent. It had plenty of beds, a cozy open indoor gathering space and nicely shaded outdoor area with a clean pool. The kitchen was well stocked with various appliances, utensils and cookware. Hosts responded quickly to our questions both before and during the stay.

The house was clean and the pool was great. It's under trees, so it won't be perfectly clean when you get there, but the water was obviously well taken care of. I think the $300 host fee is excessive. That's more than I've ever seen on a rental. We were allowed a late check-out for Father's Day lunch, so I was happy they were willing to accommodate that request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
