First time staying at the San Luisa and so happy and satisfied house was just like the pictures inside and out super clean inside all fresh beddings kitchen, equipped with everything we needed staff stayed in contact with us via text . Overall, our family was very relaxed and very satisfied with our stay definitely recommend again and will be coming back.

We had an incredible stay at this home and can confidently say that it lives up to both the listing description and all of the glowing reviews. We traveled as two families with six kids total. The layout was perfect, we had plenty of space for everyone, but still had privacy with all the rooms having ensuites, and the different levels. The kids loved the bunk rooms. They had books, games and built in staircases (w/ built in drawers!) and not only did the kids love it but I appreciated how safe the stairs were compared to a ladder. Many people mention how gorgeous the home is and it really is. Every room is unique and has its own vibe and the 3rd floor looks like it’s straight from a magazine. It’s also so comfortable and functional. They have everything you could need. We used the Vitamix blender, crock pots and gas grill a lot. We loved starting and ending our days on the balconies taking in the ocean and bay views. Also this home is 5 houses down from the beach access road! It’s so nice to be able to easily walk to the beach if you don’t want to rent a golf cart. We called guest services and they set up Palmilla chairs for us at the beach each day. Oh- the beach has Air conditioned bathrooms! There’s also a new splash pad and pickleball court. We actually ended up extending our trip by a couple days and we already booked to come back. We just loved it. If you’re going to Port A, I’d def recommend you stay here.

We brought a group of 12 — six adults and six kids — and this home delivered on every level. The property was spotless, everything felt fresh and new, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a big group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, water pressure was great, WiFi was solid, and the elevator was an absolute game changer with that many people and that much gear. The beach was uncrowded and the timing of our trip couldn't have been better. Honestly, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. We will 100% be back. Highly recommend to any family looking for a true oceanfront experience in Port Aransas.
