In addition to the house being very nice, the location was great. We were there to attend a college graduation and visit family members in multiple locations. All destinations could be reached in less than an hour. Can't wait to return when the weather is better.

Villa

Shelter Cove is a fantastic central island area and this condo was perfect for us - we had 3 adults and a dog. We could walk easily to the Marina and the shops and restaurant there in a couple of minutes. We could take longer walks or bike rides to the main Shelter Cove shopping and multiple restaurant area, playground and boardwalk all the way to the veterans memorial, or bike over to Palmetto Dunes to play tennis or pickleball, or walk, bike or drive to Caligny to eat, shop or beach. The condo has a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pond which was great for breakfast. The kitchen has most things you need including a keurig, a refrigerator that works great, enough dishes for our group and the dining table was a nice size. The TVs are all streaming tv's so no local stations with local weather or news, you'll have to get that on your phone. Wifi was great - 3 computers, 3 phones and a tablet and never a problem. The only issue was parking. We had 2 parking passes. The spot under the building for 7449 was very narrow, no room to get out on the passenger side, no room for a wider vehicle. We parked our second vehicle in the open lot space when available or had to go over to the next section's parking lot which luckily had very few cars. Not sure how this would work in the summer! The area is very quiet yet so close to so many things! The furnishings were comfortable, plenty of closet space. The bathrooms dated, with a steep tub so not recommended for those with mobility issues. We highly recommend this condo for those traveling with children or pets!
